Make sure the home is completely cleared of furniture and any loose objects to allow our team to perform a thorough cleaning.

It’s important to clean the water traps beneath your sinks and the sinks themselves to maintain hygiene and prevent any odors.

Before we begin, please make sure your freezer is fully turned off, defrosted, and emptied. Don’t forget to clear out the fridge as well to ensure thorough cleaning.

Remember that storage rooms, balconies and garages are not included in our standard move-out cleaning package. However, we’re happy to clean these areas as part of an additional service, tailored to meet your needs.

What does a standard move-out cleaning include?
Our standard move-out cleaning covers a comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and cleaning of windows. We ensure your space is spotless and ready for the next occupant.

How much notice is required to book a move-out cleaning?
We recommend booking your move-out cleaning at least a week in advance to ensure availability. However, we may accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.

Can you clean behind appliances like the fridge and stove?
Yes, we can clean behind appliances such as the fridge, stove, washing machine, and dryer if they are pulled out from the wall prior to our arrival.

What should I do to prepare for the move-out cleaning?
Please ensure that the home is emptied of furniture and personal items. Also, make sure appliances are unplugged and moved if you’d like us to clean behind them. It’s also important to defrost and empty the fridge and freezer.

Are you able to clean stains and marks off the walls?
We perform dusting and dry cleaning of walls as part of our standard move-out cleaning services. However, please note that we cannot remove stains or marks that require more than just a dust cloth.
