1.a The customer have the opportunity of monthly subscription or one-time cleaning depending on the preferred choice in accordance with agreed terms in agreement.
2.a Cleanifinity will carry out the services as per the agreement between the company and the customer. Cleanifinity is fully liable to carry out all agreed services in a professional manner by the trained staff.
2.b Liability Insurance: The Cleaning Company will maintain liability insurance to cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of the Services. For this, the customer must have home insurance specifically for the areas where services are performed. The customer must inform Cleanifinity within 07 days after the services are performed. The liability limitation will occur to the maximum amount corresponding to price base amount (Sw. prisbasbelopp) as described by the Swedish Social Insurance Act (2010:110). The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Cleaning Company from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Cleanifinity does not pay compensation for depletion, depreciation and erosion of fixed property for instance floors, windows and furnishings which arise during the services period. Likewise, the insurance does not cover the incorrect and loose installation of furnishings. To avoid mishaps, the customer must share about the fragile objects in the service area before the services are scheduled.
2.c The Cleaning Company agrees to keep all information about the Customer and the premises confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the Customer’s consent.
3.a The customer must ensure access to premises, the cleaning material and equipments for smooth delivery of the cleaning services as per the agreement. This will include access to the home keys, door codes, vacuum cleaner and bucket.
3.b The Cleaning Company will provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If the customer prefers specific products or has any allergies, they must provide the products and inform the Cleaning Company in advance. The customer must always provide a vacuum cleaner and bucket for moping. The company will charge for material and If Cleanifinity is to provide the cleaning equipment then the charges will also be incurred separately.
3.c The Customer agrees to ensure that valuable and fragile items are secured. Inform Cleanifinity of any specific instructions or concerns beforehand. Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment for the Cleanifinity staff. The customer is responsible for the disposal of recycling waste, the company will take out the regular and food waste.
3.d To ensure the safety and comfort of your pets and cleaning staff during cleaning services, owners are responsible for their pets’ supervision and control, as the cleaner may be perceived as an unfamiliar presence.
3.e In case of termination of contract, the customer is responsible for collecting the keys within 15 days, as provided to Cleanifinity at the time of the contract. Cleanifinity can send the keys through courier upon the customer’s written request however, Cleanifinity will not be liable for any risk of loss and mishappening in such returns.
4.a The cleaning services will be provided for the time as agreed in the agreement however, the customer can request for additional time.
4.b Additional Time & Work: If the customer requires additional cleaning time or work beyond the scheduled service duration, the customer must inform Cleanifinity as soon as possible. Additional time will be subject to the availability of cleaning staff. For any additional cleaning tasks or services not included in the original service agreement, the customer must submit a request to Cleanifinity in advance. Cleanifinity will provide a quote for the additional work and obtain the customer’s approval before proceeding. The customer’s approval and authorisation for additional time or work must be provided in writing, either through email or a signed agreement. Verbal agreements will not be considered binding. The price rates for additional time and work will be communicated in the agreement. If the customer cancels any additional work after approval, cancellation fees may apply. The fees will depend on the notice period provided and any costs already incurred by Cleanifinity.
4.c Change in Scope of Services: If the Customer requests significant changes to the scope of services, the Cleanifinity may require a new service agreement to be signed. This agreement will outline the revised scope of work, rates, and any other relevant terms.
4.d Termination of Contract: If the customer wills to terminate the contract then the customer must provide written notice of termination at least 15 days before the scheduled service date. The notice should be sent to the company’s email address. Termination fees may apply, if the customer terminates the agreement without the required prior notice.
4.e Service Cancellation: If the Customer cancels the service without providing the prior notice, the following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellations made 6 days before the scheduled service date will incur a fee of 20% of service cost. Cancellations made prior to 3 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
4.f No-Show Policy: If the Cleaning Company arrives at the Customer’s premises and is unable to access the property or perform the scheduled services due to the Customer’s failure to provide access, a full no-show fee will be charged.
4.g Rescheduling Policy: The Customer may reschedule a service appointment without incurring a fee if the request is made at least 7 days in advance. Requests made after 7 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 200 SEK.
5.a The price of the cleaning services are set at the time of agreement. The prices includes VAT and with RUT deduction. The invoice for the services provided will be sent monthly mentioning the due date.
5.b No-payment Policy: In case of non-payment, Cleanifinity reserves the right to charge default interest of 8% under the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635), as well as a fee for payment reminders of 60SEK according to the Swedish Act (1981:739) on Payment of Debt Collection Costs. If the customer fails to pay the payment in time, Cleanifinity holds the right to hold/terminate the services until the payments are fully paid.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Swedish State.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or simultaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written, concerning the subject matter hereof.
This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties. Cleanifinity reserves the right to amend terms and conditions however changes will be communicated to the customer a month ago for the customer’s review, and the customer can rightfully terminate the contract with immediate effect.
